I have only carried OWB since switching to .45's a few years ago. Before that, when I had .40's, I carried mostly OWB and only did IWB when the situation dictated, not weather or temperature.
BTW, still 99.99% of the time I'm concealed. I still can't get the feel for OC for myself.

I always carry OWB, could never get comfortable with IWB. But I am a CCer, I am retired and don't tuck my shirt in for anybody. And I don't have to worry about printing or inadvertent exposure either.

The only holsters I have are DIY IWB similar to Crossbreed. I carry a SCCY (compact?) and I also don't feel it at all. Just like my wallet, once I got used the new pressure from it on my body, it disappears. Not uncomfortable to me. Also wear an undershirt.
