lately i've been carrying AIWB but only with a DA/SA pistol(for now). i know, i know strikers just don't magically goes bang. just my preference.

OWB 90% of the time. Shoulder holster about 8%. IWB about 2%. IWB is the most concealable, but for me, the least comfortable.

I carry LC9 pocket 99% of the time, and a clip on XDs 9 when I carry open about 1% of the time. I also have carried my XDm 40 in a tac holster once.
