I don’t know if the guy who posted that document at scribd is the guy who actually wrote this thing, or is it a copy of an actual bill some cretin is actually trying to introduce into Congress. But if you read down through everything it bans, including most handguns and shotguns sold in the US, it is obvious that this thing is a gun-grabber’s most lurid fantasy. Needless to say, if something like this passed, it would necessarily require confiscation, and it would ignite full-scale Civil War II.
