This is just an observation and my opinion but, this thread seems to have taken a harsh left turn.

As a couple others have stated, I believe training is in order & some do require more training than others
(& yes this neighbor appears to be one) but is it really necessary to trash this person (& others like them)
instead of helping to educate them.
Yes I'm old but I was taught to 'Be thoughtful and encouraging or be silent' because manners matter.
Obviously that is changing.

Yes the same dealer as they told them they would have to send it in and wait as he would to get it back an unknown time frame, plus finding another customer or it, he is just not a gun person, also was given a boat in great shape and used it 1 time just has no interest yet thought he did, I have tried many times to get him to go to my club with us always a reason not to so just don't ask anymore nor ask him to fish with us either, some are into all that others not.
