I still don't have my paperwork (but NRA member services online shows "Life - Active") so Houston must be beyond pony express range.

I also haven't received my March AR, nor have I received a separate ballot. I did get my February magazine (before I upgraded to Life a month ago) and I voted previous years (I've been a member long enough) so it's a bit disappointing.

I received mine yesterday (Friday).
My certificate is dated 6 March 2007, just like others have said they got.
Oh well, doesn't bother me any.

I received my April magazine today. I still haven't received my March magazine, nor have I received a separate ballot.

Does anyone know which of the dozen NRA phone numbers I should call to get this fixed with minimal on-hold time? Thanks!

Not I. I do know I got my Life packet, all window stickers, new life member card & credit card bill.
No new ballot though.

Telephone. 877-672-2008, or 877-672-2000, and press 3 for life member dept.
Specifically ask for the Gift Membership Program

Give them your Life Membership Number, give them the name(s) of the people you want to "Gift" a membership, give them your credit card number, and the name(s) and address of the person(s) you are Gifting.

Deadline is 8/12/08

The gift certificates will be mailed out to the new member. The new member just fills it out and mail it back to NRA.

It's a full life membership

I missed out on the first go around, but would love to take advantage of this! If anyone is willing to act as a sponser, I would greatly appreciate it! Let's keep the NRA going strong and continue to fight for our 2nd amendment rights across the nation!
