I gotta agree, In-N-Out is a great hamburger, maybe the best — for a fast food joint. But if you want a GREAT hamburger and a memorable experience, you've got to go to Christie's Extreme Burger on Rufe Snow in Fort Worth. Simply the best hamburger I've ever eaten in a restaurant.

They call it a "Mac Doh" — avec ou sans le fromage, comme désiré.

They must be good. This is not the first Ive heard of them.

There's a little dingy hole in the wall joint here in Tomball that's famous
among the locals called Mel's Country Cafe that serves this burger.

Can you get your name on the wall?

How to get your name on the wall:
You have 2 hours to eat the Mega Mel Burger, and follow the rules.

When in Tomball, I can't bring self to eat anywhere else but Mama Goodson's Cafe nor anything else other than her chicken fried steak that hangs over the edge of the plate  best around, IMHO

Also, if you like foot-tall burgers, check out the Heart Attack Grill in Phoenix, Arizona (never been, but received links on email countless times). CAUTION: they have scantily clad female waitresses (nothing more risque than your neighborhood Hooters), but just didn't want anyone to open the link and be offended. Also their menu consists of huge burgers, fries, rings, JOLT cola and other sugared sodas (no diet soda) and CIGARETTES :nono: ... they have a whole anti-doctor's orders schtick going

There is a place that has the Four Horseman burger called Chunky's. It's not a 'quantity' burger, but more of a 'can you stand he heat' burger. I will do it one day...Habaneros Jalapenos, Serranos, and Ghost Chilis. I'm ok with three of those...not the 4th. :smilelol5:

If you haven't tried Chris Madrid's on Blanco north of downtown, you need to ... best in SA, IMHO

Either is fine, just as long as you don't stick an "ah" sound in the middle where it don't belong ... "real-ah-tore" will result in severe beatings by all the old school Realtors who "fought so hard so you can have it so easy" (as if they're civil rights pioneers or something  )

Uh no - they call a big mac a big mac, except it's "le big mac"

A quarter pounder with cheese is called a royale with cheese.

I'll just crawl over here in the corner and put on my dunce cap. Image

Speaking of points, has anyone used the new Spitzer bullets in their Colt Commander? What's the grouping at 50 yards?
