-Fill out the Sharing form. If you brought something others can check out, please indicate that on the form I will provide. I'll post it in a central location while we're there so others will know where to find what they're interested in seeing.
-Label a red plastic cup. There will be masking tape and red plastic cups. Please write your name and the type of bullets you'll allow others to use on the tape then place that on the cup. If you want people to use less than 5 bullets each, please write a per person limit on the tape. "Hoi Polloi .45s (Limit 2) and 9mm" would be an example.
-Introduce yourself to me. I'll be the one in the tiara.
-If you are late arriving, please do the above when you do arrive.
-Group picture. There will be two group pictures. One will be for everyone in attendance to have a picture. This is not to be posted online. The second will be to post to the forum and anyone who does not want to be posted online will have an opportunity to exit the frame.
Help Others (9:30-10:30)
-Andy C and Excaliber will be helping any interested with shooting basics such as grip, stance, aim, shooting, etc.
-This is the time to go try out that gun, holster, etc someone else brought or to work with your spouse, friend, etc who came along. There will be a list posted of who has what so you'll know what is available to check out.
-There will be red plastic cups out. Please chip in for the cost of bullets if you use someone else's bullets and limit yourself to 2-5 bullets unless told otherwise. Most bullets work out to be between 10 cents and a dollar, with the majority falling in the 25-60 cent range.

WHAT TO BRING
-Range fee.
-Change to donate if you are going to use others' bullets. (Plan on 25-60 cents per bullet.)
-Money to purchase a drink/food at the restaurant as applicable.
-Eye protection and ear protection. Ear foamies and regular eyeglasses/sunglasses are a minimum.
-Any guns, belts, or holsters you have that you'd like to use or that you'd allow others to check out.
-At least 100 rounds of ammo is recommended. More won't hurt.
-Not necessary, but a snack wouldn't hurt. There's a water fountain in the club house if you want to walk up there.
-A wet washcloth inside a ziploc baggie dropped into your ice chest can be used to cool your neck and wipe your hands. Thanks the TAM's family for the tip. The club house has a toilet, sink, and soap if you want to walk up there. Hand/baby wipes can be an alternative.
-If you want to connect with others, feel free to bring personal or business cards to share.
