Yeah.. I checked at 6:45AM and there were no changes... It was updated at around 8:00AM.

Lol now watch me stay in manufacturing for 3 weeks.

I'm really trying to figure out why some folks get their CHLs faster than others...

The only thing that I can come up with is things like age, work history, and arrests/tickets.

I'm 24 years old... I have very little work history (like right at 5 years)... and I don't have any tickets or arrests on my record. I can only image how long it would take to review the history of a 45 year old with 19 years of work experience, and 8 violations.

Yea I am trying to figure this out as well.. I am 33, with 12 years work experience at 2 jobs.. one 10 and the other 2.. lived in same house for 8 years, lived in austin/texas for 9.. Originally form California so I wouldn't be surprised if they are punishing me .. hell I would No arrests, no tickets

I'm 30 and been working since I was 15. Live in TX all my life. Got a DWI in 2005 when the Astros were in the World Series (almost 7 year ago) and a few speeding tickets. My background and fingerprints have been under review for a week now. I'm not worried about it. Some people it's taking a month to get their plastic and some 4 months.

29, 13 years job history (2 jobs + 2 weekend job), no arrest, 1 traffic violation, born and raise

I'm really excited because everyones status changes from manufacturing pending to manufacturing the day following the completion of their BG check. The same is true for manufacturing to mailed...

So, my status should change from manuf. pending to manuf. on Monday... and then my plastic should be mailed out on tuesday. I may be doing my wally walk by the end of next week!!!! Sweet!!

I will be a very happy man if I wake up to the news that my status has been updated to manufacturing. I'm 99% sure that it will....

I just checked and I'm movin on up as well! BG passed and Manufacturing Pending!!!



So My status will Probably change to manufacturing Tuesday I assume. I hope I get mine by Friday

The DPS updates are on a delay. We may really be a day ahead of the updates we see on the web.

My status changed to "Mailed" on the 23rd. Man! that feels like 2 weeks ago. Should have plastic in hand by tomorrow, or the day after.
(I'll still check the mail today though. )
