After waiting a few days I logged on this morning and finally got the license issued or certificate active screen.

I have been checking my status on-line at least 2-3 times a week since the end of November, and was getting tired of seeing "Processing Application". I checked today and almost fell out of my chair when I saw "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active".
Now I have to wait by the Mailbox!
