I've had ice cream made from rose water that was delicious, but yours doesn't sound quite so yummy.Oh, and Tass, as many times as I have been on the glass-bottom boat at Aquarena Springs where the Blue Bell seaweed algae or some such is collected (anyone else remember that from the tour of old?) and have been through the Brenham creamery, I'll admit to purchasing the other brands because Blue Bell sadly does not have an organic variety. Alden's, Rice Dream, and Purely Decadent usually get my pick.
