I just asked if I could speak to one when I was talking with the representatives who answered the phone. I was concerned there was an issue do to multiple people on here and a vast number of my friends receiving their LTC in a month or less. I have a access to all the systems they use to do a background investigation, so I wasn't able to understand why I had a massive delay compared to other knowing full well my background is clean. The lady kindly took my phone number down and told me an investigator would call me in 24-48hrs. It was maybe two hours later that I got a call. I'm not sure if they provide everyone that courtesy, or if I had just called enough and continued to state my grievances. It's worth a shot though.

Took just around 4 months to receive my Texas LTC. took 5 weeks to receive my Arizona concealed weapons permit .... It would be nice for Texas to call Arizona DPS and ask how to speed up the process ...
