I broke my foot last week so I'm laid up for 8 weeks. The trial has become my new hobby. I was on a murder jury about 7 years ago, so I know exactly whats going on. I hope justice prevails but I also hope she sides with GZ.

Maybe they thought their headlines of something like "Prosecution witnesses make case for defense" were biased and they're trying to be more fair and balanced.

No expert, here. I guess I should have said I understand the process for having experienced it first hand. You wouldnt want me as your lawyer!

Prosecution this morning objected to the testimony given by the lead detective - THEIR WITNESS - on cross that he found Zimmerman's statements credible and trustworthy.
Judge just ruled that jury will disregard both the question and answer.

If you ever wanted to see a government "show trial" this is it. I Have never seen such nonsense masked as justice. The motion this morning to suppress the police testimony by the prosecution is it.

Yes I am sure the jury will disregard the question and the answer.

help me out those who watched. Was this testimony under direct examination by the prosecution? And a day later they object? if so

EDIT: I see, it was cross examination. But they didn't object yesterday to it?

I disagree. Assuming the defense didn't do a completely pathetic job during voir dire, I think z is looking better and better.

We will see.
Justice today has little to do with who is innocent or guilty. The justice system is merely a tool for pushing the collectivist agenda. Prosecution is all about convictions. The DA wants the conviction in this case to bolster any political aspirations.
