It was no trouble, I hope everyone found the information useful and/or interesting.
And if it makes you feel any better cableguy, I checked the mail expecting my CHL to be there... and nope. Nothing. Nada.

Looks like everyone is done except for cableguy, sorry man.
Anyway here is an update of the chart.
I went ahead and removed jumpdog since I have called em out twice in this thread and still haven't got an update.
