Governor has not removed him. If he does sounds like there would be a trial in the Senate.

In my mind the best thing that could happen would be to remove Scott Israel. I for one do not trust the authorities in South Florida (the sheriff and Deborah Wasserman Schultz among them)

Alleged mass murder constitutional rights were violated by Sheriff’s office when his private metal health records were released to the commission investigating the mass shooting.

His lawyer has filed a “bad Sheriff’s office” with the judge.
