It is still on. I'm planning on being there after missing the last two.

I'm looking forward to it as well. I've made all the SW breakfasts and I made last week's NE breakfast. It's great getting to meet and hang out with some like-minded individuals. Always great stories and discussion.

Not certain if I will be able to attend, but wanted to remind those of you who took the Handgun Training class that there is another opportunity this coming Sunday:

0800, right?

Still looks good for us being there. My daughter, H-dub, and I. Weather permitting, we'll also be on the Wing.

Seems I've fallen into an "every other meetup" rut. Won't be able to make this one but will look for everyone in November. Y'all have fun.

I'm planning on being there unless my son's car requires my attendance elsewhere!

We met on Saturday, 10/21/17, and had 7 folks in attendance:
C-dub, daughter H-dub, bblhd762 & his bride, bitterclinger, deitz83, and myself.

2.5 hours (800-1030 AM) flew by with lots of good chatter.

Forgive me if I didn't get any of y'all's screen names spelled correctly.

The next breakfast will be on the 3rd Saturday of November:
11/18/17, 800 AM, again at Rudy's BBQ, 451 Interstate 20, Arlington, Texas.

See you there. Everyone who attends looks so much bigger in 3D!! :-)

H-dub and I had a great time talking with everyone. I even ran into an old acquaintance, Deitz83, that I knew from a previous life.

Deitz83, it was good to see you and I'm glad you're doing well. I hope to see you again and hear how you've been doing in competitions.

BBLHD762, now the screen name makes sense. I should have picked up on that sooner. It was great meeting you and your wife.

SIA, thanks for all the license info, but now you've got me looking at just about every plate I see looking for vowels.

BitterClinger, we'll see if we can work out some range time for that 800y sometime. :tiphat:

At this time, it looks like I'll also be off for next month's. See everyone there.

Oh, do tell. I assumed it meant that he served on the USS Columbus - am I right?

That's it. It just hadn't occurred to me or I never read it right.
