Noveske, which is arguably the top of the top tiers is giving free cosmetic 2nd stripped lowers with the purchase of a rifle or complete upper. If I hadn't already started building a dedicated AR-22 and picking out another Aimpoint, I'd have snagged N4 Light Recce Low-Profile 16" Upper (have a N4 Recce Basic). If you have the means that would be my first choice hands down.
