Re: What does "in printing" mean ( for a new CHL)?

My honey had the status of "printing" for about a week or more. He emailed them wanting to know how long printing could take. The next day his status changed to "application complete; license to be mailed" or something like that. I agree with Joe817, a few more categories that could be posted advising the applicant the status of their application would go a long way in the Customer Service Department!!
