Did the guy have to reach in the car to get the keys? Was his window down? I know if anyone tries to approach my window I always make sure it is fully up and only cracked alittle so I can find out what they want but not enough so they can get a hand in my vehicle

Not true, i remember watching an interview of a store owner saying he shot the robber and wanted to KILL him.
