Sounds like improper signage to me -- call TABC and ask them to investigate whether they're really a 51% location.

I will say, calling them WORKS!
They take calls very seriously.
I called for an improper 51% sign at a bowling center.
While it took about 3-4 weeks for a person to show up there, the center was cited for a violation and the Center Manager told me that it was a "serious offense"

"We believe the gentleman was coming down the road. He had a seizure, he jumped the curb. He just so happened to hit the front doors, front and center,"

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it... :reddevil

Seriously, I wish ya'll would quit findin' all these wierd, non compliant signs! I never notice anything that doesn't look like a 30.06 sign, until you guys point one out!? :???:

Well I was planning to go watch the UFC fight at my local BW3 tomorrow night. Guess I will order it at home and order from Wing Stop.

It's a non-compliant sign-Why do people think that they cannot legally carry past a non-compliant sign? Should LEOs stay out too? Why must we obsess over pretend laws here on this board when there are there are plenty real ones to worry about. As I've mentioned before, I always park in the parent with small child parking at HEB. Just 'cause HEB wants to pretend that there is a law doesn't make it a law. :rules:

I suppose there's always the chance that BWW is actually pro-gun and KNOW that their sign won't stop CHL'ers, but they have it up to discourage those carrying illegally ;-)

I tend to stick to Hooters and the Tilted Kilt when I'm the mood for that style of food. They both have the "No unlicensed carry" signs, which makes me feel welcome :cheers2:

Bahaha, I've gotten strange looks when I get out of my car, alone, in an "Expectant Mother" parking space. They need the exercise anyway :thumbs2:

I understand the noncompliance of the sign. The legitimacy of the sign is not what I have a problem with. My issue is the general principle that they do not want te respect me observing my second ammendment rights. Therfore my money will be better spent in a different establishment.
