Question regarding firearms in the workplace

ok i've got another scenario. let's say you're a small business owner, a sole proprietor, and you own the building and the land that your place of business is located on (i.e. no adjoining buildings, not a shopping center). are you allowed to carry a weapon on your person (concealed or otherwise) the same as if you were in your home?
