We'll do a 1 for 1 swap. Any liberal here who wants to live in absolute 'government knows best' bliss, can move there and do so, and any conservatives there that know better, can come here.

I'd even say we should fly them there on Tax dollars, as the single expense to get rid of em will have to be cheaper overall in the end.

Sounds like a "Smashing idea ol' Chap" if it were my world I'd have the largest sociology study in the history of man... I'd take a few states say Uh...PRK or "Peoples Republic of Kalifornia", Oregon and western Washington and fill it to the brim with libs from the rest of the country and let them run it however they wanted, ban all the guns, use green everything then go back in 10 years and see how many are left after eating nuthin' but self grown bean sprouts and tofu.

I don't think it's a total issue of Govt knows best. I believe the majority who are hard core left and believe in all these social justice programs simply don't want the responsibility of making decisions for themselves.

I don't know about Oregon or Washington, but that particular experiment started in California about 30 years ago. And you can see how good they're doing nightly on the news.

Yeah, but they like that stuff. A lot. Even my merely pseudo-hippie college friends were putting sprouts on everything (and I suspect one of them kept a secret stash of tofu burgers in the freezer).

Probably. For me, half the fun of a vacation is getting to forget about most of my responsibilities for a while.
