If someone thinks those guys are cowards, it's not even worth debating in my book.

...agreed!!! just because an armed thug can do a quick pirouette, he doesn't earn a pass...what if it's YOUR wife a mile down the road that he picks for his next target...and she EVER finds out you didn't stop him when you had the chance

EXACTLY!

I have always been confused by folks who try to put a dollar limit one what they would shoot for. "Ok, I wouldn't shoot for $13, but I would shoot for $XXXX"

I would never presume to be able to assign a value to someone's life. Once they have decided to attack/rob/etc. me, they have made the decision of what their life is worth, which may not be a whole lot if I am not carrying cash that day. God willing this will NEVER happen. I have no desire to ever take anyone's life.

:iagree:

I'm not in a position to disagree with a man who thinks his life is worth whatever I happen to have in my wallet. He knows his worth as a human being better than I possibly could. If he thinks that his life is worth $13, or the value of a used TV, etc., that's his choice.

...if he snatches it and runs, he may be hungry...if he threatens my life to get it...he's just plain evil...seems simple to me...
