Agree with all the positive reports. I have the C, FS, Pro and 45 midsize. Run as well as my Glock 19 and 26. Just have trouble paying for all the ammo..... :woohoo

Reasonably easy self-install with good YouTube How-To videos direct from the manufacturer. Definitely improves the gritty, stiff factory trigger action.
Are you talking about the $159.99 "Forward Set and Trigger Kit" ?
Sorry, just saw this. No that is more a competition kit - shortens trigger AND lightens it, in addition to smoothing.

The DCAEK is probably best kit - I have this on my M&P45. On my 9mm, I just installed the hard sear and the striker block, which is same as DCAEK but with out change to trigger spring - thus its actually about a pound lighter on pull and may be too light for some folks' preferences on a carry gun. The addition of heavier trigger spring in the DCAEK gives all improvements of smoothness and better reset, while putting overall pull weight back close to factory spec (5-6 pounds).

FYI- If you buy the M&P Pro Series it comes with an upgraded trigger and night sights.

True; but the Apex trigger is still far better. Just tried both, side by side. No contest.
