That's Great news! I'm glad to hear about another victory for us, and on the ground by us too! It doesn't always take a politician to make a gain in our fight for 2-A rights. Not the best set-up, but it's still a gain!RoyGBiv wrote:Here's a bit of good news...
In the 2 days since my chat with the manager at Moviehouse and Eatery in Keller they took down their 30.06 sign.![]()
I posted the location on Texas3006.com and it was picked up by a user there "Dallas Al" who emailed the manager as well. I suppose there were others that might have communicated to management as well. If you did, GOOD JOB! It worked.
The 30.06 sign was replaced with a TABC Blue (Unlicensed Possession) sign. I'll stop by and thank the management when I get a chance.
If you try the Moviehouse and Eatery in Keller, be sure to thank the manager for removing the sign...
Lesson: Be polite and professional, but let them know they've lost your business. Sometimes it works.!
(I updated the texas3006 webmaster about the sign removal.... it should be updated online shortly.)
We were there yesterday, and I was amazed to see it gone. I looked everywhere in case they ad moved it, then looked again when I left. This is now officially my favorite movie theater!RoyGBiv wrote:Here's a bit of good news...
