Select Concealed Handgun from the drop down and New Application from the my question concerns drop down. Then fill out all the required fields. At the bottom, there is a section to upload docs.

Thanks for the heads up! I found the link late last night, got everything scanned and emailed today. Fingerprints in a couple days...then the wait begins.
I wonder why the state doesn't make the email option more obvious, unless I totally missed it on the online app.

We emailed her documents on July 16th. Wife checked this morning and suddenly, from no update yesterday, she is now CHL: manufacturing pending!!!

Wish I was so lucky. I also emailed documents on July 16 with no update. When I called, I was told they never got any of my documents and to resend them. I'm guessing that means I get to start the wait over.
