Haven't had a stranger ask. Had one friend that used to have his CHL ask.

Maybe we should have a poll, that could ease the fears of new CHL holders if they see that out of 300 responders, maybe 5 have been noticed by a stranger. It would actually be a good one to make sticky.

First, your picture convinced me that either I was going blind, I needed a new monitor or I needed to drastically alter the brightness and contrast settings as I could not see that you were carrying. After changing the contrast ( at least I am not blind) I saw the clip.
To your question, I would not tell them anything about what it was. You carry quite well with no obvious printing.
And for the secondary question, I have never had anyone ask me if I was carrying or what the clip was.

That is a good idea. Maybe you could do it. I am not sure how.

That is a good idea. Maybe you could do it. I am not sure how.
