LOL!
I'm still fairly new to shooting, as I shot pistol for the first time only a little over a year ago. I questioned my BF as to why it was easier for me being a right handed to aim with my left eye, he said he didn't know, but if it was working for me then go with it.
what do ya'll think?
I've tried switchin it up, but my right eye just won't focus correctly, and I've never tried doing two eyes open.
It's called "Cross Eye Dominant" and it's a fairly common thing. Just make sure you maintain a correct sight picture. It is easy to let the back sight drift toward your weak eye and consequently your shots drift as well.

For anyone who doesn't know, here's how to check which eye is dominant.
With both eyes open, make a "thumbs up" gesture at arm's length. Pick a distant object; keeping both eyes open and focused on that object, move your thumb to cover the object.
Then, close your right eye. If you can now see the object without your thumb in front of it, you're right eye dominant. If you close your right eye and the image doesn't change (thumb still covers the object), you're left eye dominant.
Try it with both eyes and both hands to make sure.

I usually just take my right hand, and put it up under my left armpit, and pump my left arm up and down real fast...
It is a force in and of itself!

I'm just waiting for EOTech to make a holosight that's about 10 inches in diameter and weighs only one ounce. Might be a little iffy for daily carry, though...

Yeah! A 254mm holosight wouldn't look as out-of-place over that 1.5-inch muzzle...
