actions of the OCT fools to be repugnant, but I'm not going to lower myself to insult them personally based on their
physical traits. I hope you'll also consider doing the same.
I agree. Once you make it personal, you lose the argument. Their weight is their concern. Their actions are my concern.

I read somewhere that as of 12:30 a.m it technically became law. Don't know if it's true or not.

Doesn't become law until Sept. 1 for SB11 and Jan 1 of 2016 for HB 910.

Well I know it gets implemented on 01/01/2016 but doesn't it become law in Sept. 2015?

It is a law as of today but doesnt take effect till 1 second past midnight January 1st 2016.
