Really? I must be doing something wrong.

Either that, or you are a complete moron. I vote for the latter.
Well, watch out , benign newbies in your class can be DPS informers.
Why would you come on here and question her integrity? She was responding to your assertion that instructors go into this business because it is easy money and less work. IN fact, she quoted that in her reply to you.

You also implied that there are a bunch of CHL instructors skirting the rules. I challenge that.

Attacking the credibility of a long established instructor on this site, and calling into question the integrity of instructors in general (btw, there are several instructors posting here) is NOT a good way to stay around.

I am going to assume (I know, I know) that you didn't mean what I inferred, and your posts were simply a miscommunication. Your responses here will be the tell. :totap:

It's not ignorance, it's propaganda.

I'm not sure who is lacking the most information, newpaper reporters or posters such as this one ... "Most instructors go into this business bec its very easy money and less work."

Coincidently, just today, for the same fee as quoted initially, I kept a lady in a private class at least two hours over the minimum, working on both mindset and skillsets. And yes, her BF wanted me to skimp on the hours, just to get her the paperwork ready to mail. He backed off such talk quickly when informed that I wanted at least another 2 1/2 hours with her today, to hopefully keep her out of the courthouse - or a coffin.

Zigzag,

You are definitely barking up the wrong tree here. I took the Utah CHL class under Ms. Linda and she teaches exactly what she is supposed to and I for one will whole heartedly vouch for her integrity.

Two words for you Mr. Zigzag.................. BACK OFF!!

I'm done with you.

I recently did a private class for a guy who, literally, could teach the CHL. He knew more about everything than I did. Guess how long I kept him. 12 full hours. (I could not get enough of him. I learned a lot).

Last time a guy asked me to, wink, wink, get him through the CHL class in an "afternoon" I told him sure thing, but he would have to agree to pay all of my future lawyers fees, bail, appellate fees, house payments, current and future automobiles, daughters college, bills, medical, etc., etc.

He decided 10 hours was an easy investment.

I was not going to respond to this, BUT when someone attacks a friend it is hard to be silent. Mrs. Watson is first class. I have personally hosted two of her classes in my Church. She is very thorough and intelligent. Her personal appearance is very professional. She is very ethical and above all honest. I count it a privilege to be able to recommend her for classes to anyone. I am also honored to be her friend. I believe the personal attacks should end here or I hit the “lock button. Back to topic.

I wasn't going to say anything YET, but I guess i will. It is amazing where everyone wants to chastize zigzag for voicing his opinion on a profession. But I have not seen any chastizing about directly calling the guy a Moron. Or any moderation/ correction of their post either.
So now that some people feelings are hurt and we can't address anyone unless the wagons circle, and the post gets locked. Many people have opinions of several occupations out there. Doctors. lawyers, politicians, etc. what is wrong with saying you disagree and move on?
Amazing!!!

P.S. If I had called ANYONE a MORON on this forum, I would see the door opening already.
I don't know zigzag from the man on the moon, but fair is fair and this ain't.
