Comparing to 2014 does not mean anything to me. We now, 2015, have organizations publicly advocating harm to LEO's. And I won't mention the activity or lack of by the Fed agencies.
If it costs millions to stamp it out, so be it. But the numbers are exaggerated - the overtime may be a legit note.
They have charged the tipster with making a bogus tip on the IL situation in order to get that 5 minutes of fame.
