What if you do not have your LTC on your person. Then are you not carrying under the MPA as you "travel" to your vehicle? thus no longer carrying illegally per 30.06/30.07?Soccerdad1995 wrote:Do these guys sell guns? If so, then how does that work, exactly?
I can't legally carry a gun in a box (or bag, or purse, etc) in a building that is posted 30.06. So if I buy a gun, do I later meet up with a store employee somewhere else to take delivery? If he hands me a box that has a gun, inside the store, then I have committed a violation of 30.06, have I not (since I have my LTC)?
Rhetorical question regardless, since I don't patronize any 30.06 posted establishments if I have an alternative.

I also caught something on their Facebook page that indicated that this business is closed.

Just tried the link and it worked, but if you're having problems google Avenger Arms and see their Facebook page. A few posts down they address the sign issue. Read commentsTreyHouston wrote:Link broken or already taken down. Did you take a screenshot? What it say?
Never before have I encountered such an obstinate gun store owner. Takes all kinds I guess- both business owner and those who fail to see the hypocrisy of the store's policy.
