I see this as an adult (???) version of the "Junior G-Man" badges that were popular when I was 5 years old . . .

Since it doesn't say "Police" or "Sheriff" or "Constable" I don't personally see it as a factor in impersonating an officer, and were I on a jury in a trial where someone were so charged, it would take a lot more evidence than one of these badges before I voted to convict.

I just see an adult carrying one of these badges as silly.

I now want to clarify my post wayyyyyy back when...
"Readily identify yourself to Law Enforcement officers when needed with your Texas State Concealed Weapon Permit Badge."
This was taken off the "badges" website, and is in no means an endorsement (by Stevie-D, his employees, or subsidiaries thereof) of any badging, or use of any credentials, in a manner that would be breaking any law, statute or ordinance...

Once again, I believe as many others do, badges are silly and stinky... ;-)

I give this another two months, and we'll see this issue again... :willynilly: :anamatedbanana

You can get whatever state you want or your own custom image. (Maybe a sheepdog)? :???: Unbelievable!

[No, I wasn't searching for them - it popped up on a search for 'concealed weapons']
