A New Mexico judge dismissed all charges against three suspects tied to a compound where alleged Muslim extremists reportedly trained children to be school shooters.
District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed charges against three of the five defendants, ruling that authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule.”
Child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped because prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause.

It's almost like the prosecutors and judiciary no longer cares about justice. How dare law enforcement arrest a bunch of future mass shooters and prevent the fulfillment of the gun confiscation agenda.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

I read somewhere that the arrests were based on hearsay and could not be backed by other evidence. I am not sure what is going on in this case.
The terroristic training thesis, might be hearsay, or it might be based on evidence. But having emaciated children living in squalor, with the body(ies) of other children buried on the property, should be enough to hold them. JMHO

So are you telling me that everyone is out of jail and not even charged with anything except for the dad of the one poor child who was found buried on the compound.
That’s it. Story over, nothing to see here, move on.

The terrorist camp in New Mexico seems to have mostly dropped off the media’s radar, as Islamic extremists training to slaughter Americans from within our borders isn’t particularly newsworthy to them. They reported it, but then seemed uninterested in following up on the story where a radical Muslim was training children to carry out a mass shooting in the name of Islam. Thwarted plans aren’t as interesting as those that get carried out, apparently.

All five arrested on federal charges. Thank you Jeff Sessions. Now retire with dignity.
Glad to hear they have been re-arrested!
Leveille is a native of Haiti and the mother of six children taken into state custody during the compound raid, according to authorities who said she has been in the U.S. for more than 20 years after overstaying her non-immigrant visitor visa...Federal prosecutors in New Mexico say the group was preparing for violent attacks on government, military, educational and financial institutions.
