Long before Dirty Harry was The Executioner book series. The Automag was the signature pistol of the series hero, Mack Bolan a.k.a. AndyC.
A .44 Automag also featured prominently in a comic book series from 1975 "The Warlord". From Wikipedia
"Vietnam War veteran SR-71 pilot Travis Morgan passed through a hole in the Earth's crust while flying over the north pole in 1969[13] and landed in the underground world of Skartaris, a place strongly reminiscent of Edgar Rice Burroughs's Pellucidar. There Travis, wielding his .44 AutoMag pistol and joined by Shamballah's Princess (later Queen) Tara, a scantily dressed savage, became The Warlord and fought villains such as the evil sorcerer Deimos as well as various kings"
It was a pretty good series. and an Automag looked mighty good in a sword and sorcery setting.

Yea, fills the voids. I've seen Turquoise used as well.

Andy! She’s
gorgeous! What is that blue filler material near the back of the grips?
Thank you!
I understand that that is a blue liquid epoxy resin which fills voids in wood - often used to make pretty dining-room tables.

Holy fireball batman. That looks like fun. I was laughing at the lady flinching every time you shot.

The video reminded me of shooting in the Wednesday Night Pistol Matches when I was a teenager. NRA bullseye, one-handed slow, timed, and rapid fire. Most of us were shooting .22's, a couple of guys used .38 Specials with wadcutters.
One man, though, insisted on shooting .357 Magnum loads. Even on an outdoor range, that can be a bit distracting in the next bay. Crack, crack, BOOM, BOOM, crack ...
I considered shooting a match with my .36 Navy blackpowder revolver in a bay upwind of his. Cooler heads prevailed.
