You sure do & stay ashamed until you do.
The new pics will show the camera off too. Hard to take a picture of your own camera isn't it.

Bought this one from longtooth. Don't know why he let it get away. I think he wanted to buy a Bereta or something like that.
Didn't know how to make the picture smaller.

Because friends dont let friends go unarmed. That gun was not on the board, in the peddler, or advertised at the range.
You my friend are the only one I would let it go too. That one is a good shooter. Enjoy it. ;-)

And I think the Eclipse is one of the finest lookin' 1911s, too boot (I know, I know; we had a conversation elsewhere about pretty vs. plain guns, but if one looks like what it is--a slab of milled and polished stainless--I don't think lookin' good is a bad thing). And we all know that LT took good care of that one before you got it.

But for 1911s that have been around a block or two, here's my first Kimber, a Classic Target (series 1) I bought in '96. I bought it as an HD and range gun; didn't have a CHL. So the mileage is fairly low for its age, about 10 thousand rounds, and it was never a daily carry. The holster wear at the barrel-end of the slide is from practice. Cheapo Hogue grips but, darnit, I like 'em. Something about having those three fingers in the same place every time. Sacrilege, but I've even covered up the nifty 30 lpi front strap checkering on my new Kimber Super Match with a Pachmyr American Legend.

Might as well add the Springfield. Even if it was posted earlier in the thread it had had some changes since the last photo.

Good looking guns. I love the way they shoot. I'm just a 1911 kind of guy.
