I don't know how I managed to do that. Sorry! I must have been on a previous page because what I saw was standard or automatic. I can't answer Kimber's (unless you count the Chinese restaurant near us that has vegetarian versions of everything from quail to eel and most likely has one if not both vegetarian crawfish and catfish selections--though I'd still not be able to choose because vegetarian seafood sounds pretty bad) so I'll answer Andy's and then re-post Kimber's.
