I think Chairman Schiff read them to her during the hearing, so she could be intimidated.

My thoughts exactly- and schiff did the intimidating- purposefully, so that he could add another bogus log on the fire if she took the bait.

“However, this whole hearing turned on a dime when the president tweeted about her real-time,” Baier stated.

He said that when Schiff stopped Democratic questioning to read the president’s tweets and get her response, it enabled him to then “characterize that tweet as intimidating the witness or tampering with the witness, which is a crime.”

So doesn’t Schiff become the intimiadator of a witness, if he reads something that the witness would have not normally knew about until after she testified, while she is testifying.
Logic has no meaning to communists.

:iagree: The elected Democrats actions along with their supporting media is trying to tear the country apart. It’s as if the communists see a bloody civil war as their path to absolute power.

None of it matters anyway- if she had said "no I don't feel threatened at all" they would still say he tried to intimidate her.

schiff won't let the facts derail his "inquiry"

3rd day of impeachment

Apparently the military guy who ratted out the Commander in Chief testified today.

The lady who also testified is from Houston, Texas.

Rumors Trump was tested for food poisoning.

Or heart irregularities, but who knows.

The Ukraine Ambassador who Trump fired has compared herself to Hero’s at Bengasi.

Bad move, as it resurrected that whole disaster of why weren’t they rescued. Memes now online of Ambassador’s body being brutalized. We still don’t know where Obama was while it happened.

Even if he did make an investigation part of the funds it is not impeachable by any stretch. There are strings attached to every dollar we give out. Every president does it. The perception that Biden can't be investigated because he is running for President is just baloney.

While the Hill Is Engulfed in Impeachment Hysteria, Trump Just Flipped Another Circuit Court
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa ... t-n2556783
The Tuesday confirmation of Judge Robert J. Luck created a majority for Republican-appointed judges on the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals, the third such party flip in a federal court of appeals during the Trump presidency.

President Trump has also created GOP majority courts in the Third Circuit, which flipped in March, and the Second Circuit, which flipped last week with the confirmation of Steven Menashi. Since Trump assumed office in 2017, 163 title III judges have been confirmed to the bench, including Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

The confirmation of Barbara Lagoa to the 11th Circuit is also expected in the coming days after Luck was easily confirmed by the Senate with a 64 to 31 vote. The change to a GOP-fortified 11th Circuit could mean a significant shift in the outcome of several election law disputes, primarily from Georgia and Florida, which the court is currently involved in.
Keep up the distractions House Dems!

Impeachment backlash fuels record GOP fundraising, massive $61M in bank
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/wash ... on-in-bank
The Republican National Committee fundraising juggernaut, fueled by a GOP backlash to the House impeachment effort to force President Trump from office, scored another record in October and pushed the bank account past $61 million.

The debt-free RNC told Secrets exclusively that it brought in $25.3 million in October and has $61.4 million cash on hand.
This is all working out so well for the Dims...
By comparison, the Democratic National Committee was $7 million in debt last month.

Trump’s FBI raided a home that is the residence of a registered whistleblower, who is giving information to the DOJ on the Uranium One Deal and the Clinton foundation. They were looking to see if he had any government property. Senator Chuck Grassley has given the FBI until Dec12, to explain themselves.
