we've known about crop rotation for at least 8000 years. mono-cropping is usually done for economic/business reasons and supported by use of fertilizer.

What I want to know is: Is crop rotation in urban gardens really a thing?

I think it depends on whether they're growing something to eat or something to smoke.

This reminds me - a couple months back, I went on a riverboat cruise in the Netherlands and Belgium. One of the cities we stopped in was Arnhem - site of the famous "Bridge Too Far" battle in WWII, where the IX and X SS Panzer Divisions stopped an attempt by the Allies to outflank and cut off the German forces, and end the war by Christmas . I had to explain to more than a few people on the cruise that the "Operation Market Garden" (the name of the Allied operation) excursion tour was going to have neither a Market, nor a Garden...

I just did some research and concluded that some of the most "learned" of the Liberals have their brain matter derived from granite just like AOC.

In the video, the Liberal Sherpa mentions several crops as replacements for cauliflower. One of them is plantains.

comes the information that in order to produce, plantains must have 10-15 months of freeze free conditions. While that might work in parts of Commiefornia or Florida, it isn't going to work for us cauliflower growers in Texas.

They both mention yuca, which is now a trendy food in some areas (not to be confused with yucca). It grows in tropical and sub-tropical areas. I'm sure that you would get a bumper crop of yuca in Northern Minnesota.....

But then there is cultural appropriation. Yuca is apparently a staple in Puerto Rico. So if I as an old white male start growing it and eating and, heaven forbid selling it to someone else, do I run the risk of a SJW boycott like the two white women got when they opened a restaurant in Oregon with recipes from Mexico that they researched?

I agree with Carlson. There are so many SJW rules, it is hard to keep them all straight.
