Well, it would look a lot better if they hadn't squashed the shoulder like that, but a quick check shows the longest measuremant across a USB plug is about .491, (diagonally opposite corners) you could probably rig up something similar with a slightly long bullet turned in a lathe from solid rod, then milled out to fit the connector.

Those two parts screw together. It looks like a real bullet until you unscrew it to expose the USB connection. I looked around the net for them and they are not even publically available yet.

Ah, that makes more sense. I was thinking the body on the one on the right still looked a bit short.

I'll email them, the wife had a good stay in our hospital, and put in a good word. I'm sure it is hard to come to grips with this emotional and physical trauma and it's natural to want to "do something so this doesn't happen again" as the old adage goes.

Of course laws should be based on the rule, not the exception to the rule, but I can't blame him for standing up for his wife. May God bless his family and heal her body and mind after this crazy situation. This web site acknowledges one man's opinion and I'm not going to take it for more or less then that.

Does anyone have any updated info on this case?

I was wondering the same thing a while back. His website is still up, but it doesn't look like it's been updated recently. I also haven't seen any 50 cal. ban bills filed either.
