Well, a helicopter is a little out of my price range but a boat is do-able. And I like the icey surface idea so a move farther North might be in order. Maybe I ought to think about a little igloo on the water near Point Barrow with a kiyak in the front yard. If I get tired of shooting zombies from my kiyak I could always go for moose or reindeer. 
With August a month away and the temp here in the NASA / Clear Lake area pushing the high 90's, Point Barrow is looking better every day!
