I agree, that particular debate is inconsequential because it involves private business options using their own money to install safety measures vs my concern over government controls using taxpayer dollars and affecting rights. Employees don't have the same rights to expect something from their employer, they can work somewhere else if they aren't satisfied with conditions. We have a built in structure meant to preserve our rights and we need to take advantage of that.

CHL's will not be identified as such, according to preliminary procedures under consideration. It is likely they will enter just like Capitol staff simply by showing their CHL.
