Nope. Shoes and a purse do nothing for me. I have all the shoes and purses I need. I replace them when they wear out (and the current purse is going on 10 years and only barely showing wear from the weight of the gun inside it). No, you have to make it something better than that, like a new gun.

 No, I'm not the wife he spoke of. I just don't have appreciation for more shoes or purses. You could probably buy me off for a nice new holster or other cool accessory. Or this (ok, hubby already got this for me, and got major points for it): http://www.kinektdesign.com/product-gear-ring.php

...my best friend/work partner has umpity-ump guns...one day while he had them on the dining room table cleaning them, his wife popped in and said "Don't you think you have enough guns?"...he told her to go look in her closet and think about it...and see if she really wanted to ask that question...she came back and said "I think I'll let that one alone."...we all do what we have to do to survive...she had several pairs of cowboy boots and leather fringed jackets that hadn't been worn since she "had to" have them...he still laughs about that...

...oh, that is NICE...I saw a block stainless ring a guy's Dad had made for him when I was in high school (from a nut) and have always wanted one...I gotta have one of these...never seen one before...

I was somewhat surprised by how little damage was done. A light door panel and some torn paper in the album?

That thick paper in the album is what stopped it so quick. Books make a great backstop in case of an ND.

Yeah, we used to shoot old thick Yellow Pages phone books and they will stop a .357 magnum round even shot from front to back.

Thinking of making a "Safe room" with photo albums and phone books instead of kevlar ....
Houston, Dallas, San Antonio .. ok

New Deal, Texas - total population 708.... don't try this with your phone book ...

Paper is a heck of a bullet stopper.... I learned that with phone books as well
