While those who are better versed in Utah law may want to comment, it seems like I read somewhere in the past few days that the ghostbusters signs have no more legitimacy there than in Tejas ...
FWIW, an "update" article:

If that's the case, then I stand corrected.

Either way on the technical point, I'm not sure about the specifics of posting in Utah. I do know, as reported by NRA News, That mall was properly posted to ban CCW by permit holders.

I was also involved in another discussion on this and I am no longer sure the sign has any legal meaning. It was pointed out to me that their whole criminal trespass law has a defense in it for any place that is open to the public and your trespass does not interfere with the normal course of buisness, or something similar. That would mean there is no way to ban a CHL at any business that is open to the public.

I'm not that "up" on Utah law as I don't get there very often anymore. I'm just passing on what was reported by NRA News.

I went looking for a similar forum in Utah, but came across this website
http://www.goutahorg.org/
Look in
Alerts #265 on Feb 13. This organization looks like they are trying to keep their RKBA afloat and hitting some hard opposition.
