Being self centered, I wish we could get a court case on the books for parking lot "storage." Also being self centered, I'll do the best I can to not be a test case.

I can't imagine her winning this case. And having dealt with both good and bad lawyers, having one willing to open a case for her gives no valididty to the case. Some lawyers, I'll even say a minority, will take your case to sue the Pope for wearing red shoes. As long as you pay the retainer up front.

I don't see her winning this case, but I don't see WF letting it get to trial without offering a generous settlement that would be cheaper than fighting it in court either.

At the very best, this case might put precedent on the liability & responsibilities of an employer to provide security when the employer doesn't allow SD weapons. But I'm not holding my breath....
