Now, i got an email said they recieved my supporting docs on 2/17, called this morning to see if they got it..they said they are still waiting on it..should i send it in again???

In order to get veteran on your license you have to go to the DPS and submit a DD-214 member-4 copy stating honorable discharge. They will mail you your new license with veteran. If you get pulled over the officer will know anyway.
