Geographical area versus population. That was my point. It doesn't matter how MANY red counties there are, it's a matter of the population of the blue counties.
I get that, I just find it curious that there seems to be a direct correlation between population density and the tendency toward liberalism. The more people that live in the same area, the more likely that area is to be solid blue.
Agree 100%, but I'm more concerned that those populations are and will outweigh the rest. I don't want Texas to go blue, but it will eventually at this rate.

Population density, also correlates to a larger number of people living at or below the poverty level. (wealthy people move to suburbs) That demographic, has a greater propensity, to rely on government assistance, and will vote to keep the gravy train flowing. JMHO

Blues have more children than Reds. Eventually Blues outnumber Reds. Doesn't take that long for it to happen. Why do you think Hillary and crew want open borders? Simple math problem even a dropout can solve.

Bingo, you've got it. It's not a matter of if, only when. 2020 or 2024 in my mind...

If true, something needs to be done NOW. Right this minute thousands of people are voting for Hillary.

When I went to early voting, I was amazed at the bus load (yep bus load) of folks that came over from a nearby nursing home, all in wheel chairs and walkers with "assistants" to help them. This particular facility is overwhelmingly Medicaid patients. Wonder how they voted?
Also, for Chamberc, think it was Julien Castro's (once thought to be a potential running mate for HRC) mother in San Antonio who stated that "they" will be the majority by 2024 and then it will be time for "Payback."

I've often thought that we should all vote, and then our votes would be weighted by the amount of federal income tax dollars we paid during the previous 4 years. Not going to happen, but it would be nice. Might also be a disincentive for the wealthy to minimize their tax bill.

"No representation without taxation"? It's an interesting idea, but I think it'd be susceptible to manipulation by constantly tinkering with tax rates and the poverty line to affect whose votes count.

More like those who are footing the bill get more of a say in the decision making. The beauty is that if you want your vote to count more, you need to pay more in taxes.
It could even be a sliding scale so everyone gets some type of a say. Maybe 1 vote if you pay no taxes, 2X if you pay from $1 to $1,000, 3X for $1,001 to $25,000, etc. Like I said, not going to happen unless I become king of the world. I will say that I run my personal kingdom this way. Just ask my kids.

But consider the potential historical significance; the first "His & Hers" impeachments!
