Police see two men struggling with hammer. One old, one not.
Police order the men to drop or release the hammer.
Pelosi being the homeowner, complies with police instructions.
BG does not and now with free use of the hammer begins beating Pelosi about the head.
Police do not shoot BG with hammer, probably repeat drop the hammer a few times, while he gets some good licks in. Since BG does not have a gun, most likely due to SF PD policy, they cannot shoot, so instead, at risk of being injured, they use non deadly physical force and tackle BG.
Pelosi is seriously injured.
Is this how it went down?

It is fairly obvious the guy is nothing more than a mental case. She said he was left leaning due to his support of gay community. I suppose they want us all to believe a leftist could never hate Nancy Pelosi?
