As we know, you can contract the CV and infect someone else before you have any symptoms, i.e. before you yourself know you have it. So for how long a period can this happen? How long between the time you can spread it to the time you start having symptoms?

Up to two weeks is the general time span accepted now.

At this point I'm convinced it came from the lab, and the bat soup market is just a terrible cover-up attempt. Accident or not, it is looking terrible for the research lab, and thus the Chinese government.

I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but I am starting to think the same thing. Like was posted above, the cases are doubling every day. This thing has the possibility of being real bad.

Yes, that's what the blood lab at my company uses. In its diluted form, The bleach isn't nearly as offensive as it is straight out of the bottle.
