Rodriguez just admitted that his 30.06 amendment was the exact same language that was previously heard/debated several weeks ago. Just trying to waste time...

Thus the reason for the CTA to get it read today. They are wasting time, they know they are wasting time, they just want to get it on the record yet again that they object, nay strenuously object to the fact that open carry will pass on their watch.
