I'm still waiting. I get a spurt of hope when I see someone in the Feb bunch get theirs. So I check mine. But it still reads the same.

Feb. app and still here. 135 days and counting. Waiting on Harris County BG Check.

I am still waiting. I talked to a technician Thursday adn she said they sent it off to be printed adn to wait 7-10 days. I honestly believe it will be an additional three weeks.

It will happen, just this is totally unreal I don't understand how or why they are able to get away with it. :

91 days from re-start (2nd prints rec'd)
One week since mailing letters to State Rep and Senator

Just checked DPS website...still "Processing Application"

As an aside, does anyone else get nervous constantly plugging in a SSN into a website?

everytime ....i dont recall seeing the little lock symbol either .

Finally, DPS called today and my Harris county BG check came in yesterday. They said I should get plastic in a couple weeks. I'd bet three or four weeks but she said they were putting a rush on printing.

I am syill Waiting for the totally USELESS DPS to issue a license...... I am over 135 days, What a Farce!! Emailing senators and DPS DOES NOTHING..... As far as Texas being a "shall" issue state..... Well we can all see how well they do with that statute! As the days pass I just get madder and madder at our State government politics as usual, I think we all know what would happen if we decided to conveniently "Break the Law"

Still waiting here also.........what a true reflection of how todays government works.
